When I first started my business, it was my belief, along with outside encouragement, that the more services I offered, the better.

Some people have been successful with that philosophy, for me though, it just didn't work. It is my point of view, that if you are in business for yourself, you should enjoy it!

The joy is sensed, and it shines in your work.

Niching has improved my experience, making it more enjoyable.

After careful consideration I decided to switch from being a Virtual Assistant to an Online Business Manager with the focus on the money, literally.

Please allow me to reintroduce what it is that I do.

 I help women with small service-based businesses create financial stability from three angles:

1. Clarity in the books….

These women are busy being fantastic at what they do. Sometimes, they have issues keeping up with the books, or may need them cleaned up because you know, they didn't sign up to do bookkeeping, though it is one of the most important aspects of their businesses. 

~The story is in the numbers.

2. Finding Capital….  

Navigating the world of funding for some women in business can feel overwhelming, and securing the capital needed is often the key to unlocking their vision.

I am proud to assist them in elevating their business's credibility in the eyes of lenders and investors.

3. Future Planning….

Lastly, I offer protection for her and her family's financial future through life insurance and annuities, which is crucial since most small business wealth is tied up in the business itself. I have teamed up with a very reputable, and highly rated company that has been assisting business owners and individuals protect their futures financially and save a lot of money in taxes each year.

Lessons Learned

✨✨ Closed mouths do not get fed. They starve and want and need. How would you or anyone ever know how it is that I can serve if I don’t make it known? How many times have you stumbled upon some important information, and wish you knew that before?

✨✨Niching catches a bad rep. I have been told by so many people that it’s not really a good idea, and that it may be too exclusive. In actuality, you really have to know who you are talking to otherwise, most won’t listen. If you are in the process of discovery and don’t really know what avenue to take, then yes feel free to explore. However, I highly suggest you reign it in at some point. When YOUR people hear you talking, they will listen.
